We’ve got two gala openings to invite you to this week, both on Thursday night, in two of our favorite neighborhoods (and yes, we DO say that about all the neighborhoods).
Up on Capitol Hill, we’ve got the Rene Ropas Influence Project opening at the old Hollywood Video. Click HERE for tickets to the event or simply show up at the door. There’ll be DJ’s, great food, photo booths, and a fashion show at 9pm. A full-on runway FASHION SHOW, people. What are you waiting for? An invitation?
In the heart of Pioneer Square, the somewhat (but only somewhat) more reserved librarians at the Art Lending Library will be hosting their own gala opening, featuring dozens of unique and original artworks that you can check out and hang in your home. It’s the rental gallery for the 99%, where for FREE you can have artwork delivered and installed until you’re ready to trade it for a new piece. It’s an amazing project.
Here’s the Librarians rocking KOMO news last night. TV news, people!
